The garage underneath Pru is accessed via the lower levels of Wacker, Columbus, Lake, and Stetson where GPS directions can be inaccurate and unreliable, so following the directions below step-by-step is recommended.

Lake Shore Drive – North or Southbound

• Exit at Randolph Street and proceed west along lower Randolph St to Columbus Drive.
• Turn right (north) onto lower level Columbus and continue one block to Lake St.
• Turn left (west) onto lower level Lake Street and continue one block to end where you will see signs indicating the garage entrance.

I-90 / I-94 Southbound:

• Exit Ohio Street and head east to Fairbanks Court
• Continue east on Fairbanks Court to Columbus Drive
• Turn right (south) onto lower level Columbus Drive to Lake St
• Turn right (west) onto lower level Lake St and continue one block to end, where you will see signs indicating the garage entrance.

I-90 / I-94 Northbound

• Exit Congress Street east bound, to Columbus Drive.
• Turn left (north) onto lower level Columbus Drive and continue to Lake Street.
• Turn left (west) onto lower level Lake St and continue one block to end, where you will see signs indicating the garage entrance.

I-290 – Eastbound:

• Follow expressway east through Congress Street to Columbus Drive.
• Turn left (north) onto lower level Columbus Drive and continue to Lake Street.
• Turn left (west) onto lower level Lake St and continue one block to end, where you will see signs indicating the garage entrance.
